JASA Single lane sleever

A true all-rounder

The state-of-the-art Sleever from JASA has it all: Fast, compact, and offering quick change-over times. The Sleever processes up to 100 trays per minute, has a very short change-over time of less than five minutes, a hygienic design, and is very easy to operate. The Sleever is a compact plug-and-play machine and can be integrated into virtually any packaging line.

Available in both single and double lanes. Wide variety of trays and sleeves.

Also available for non-standard packaging solutions.

Easy to integrate into existing packaging lines.

The JASA Sleever is available with one or two conveyor belts, an optional bypass or ejection station, and a label applicator. There is the option to build a fully automated sleever line. Our machines, as well as our partner's machines, can be integrated into existing packaging line. In most cases, this allows you to continue using your current trays.
